I have always enjoyed birds. Birds are beautiful and free. I love watching them and listening to their song in my garden. Birds build their nests with things they find. We should build our journals with things we find, they add interest, depth, mystery, beauty. Be as free as a bird.
The summer inspires me, the heat, the sun. I love to art journal in my back yard, out in the sun, music up loud(sorry neighbors) working in a couple of journals at a time.
