Spread 197 – Side Kick 5
I am home now from my trip to Bemidji, MN, to be with Terry, Thomas and John. Honestly it will take me a while to come down off the energy, love and support and the sheer creative energy of our little group. It brings tears to my eyes how much their friendship means to me to have them in my life, and their support and understanding of my need to create, well that and the simple fact – they “get it!”. Enjoy a few more spreads from my side kick or “psychic” this weekend. I will do a post about the trip and the spread we did from the journaling game. Orly was not with us be she was there in spirit in many, many ways.
This is a wonderful entry, Brian. Love what you’ve done with it. Welcome home….and savor those precious memories with friends.
WOwser!!! Out of the world energy that comes through loud and clear, ArtMan! Thanks for sharing your time and tears. Can’t wait for more….❤️
Brian…happy you had such an awesome time with your friends. I had a question about the Side KIck. Love the idea and I was wondering if it was in any way attached to your working journal, or is it simply an extra that you carry with you.
Joys, it is actually an additional little children’s book. It is not attached to any journal I have in my collection. Actually it was “lost” for a time and I found it again and love using it alongside of my regular journal to collect leftover paint, papers, matte medium and other bits and bobs left over from my regular journal. Every once in a while when I think a spread is done I plop down an image that I think might complete it.
Memories are a wonderful thing! So are “psychics” – LOL.
