I find it interesting that those that are the closest to us can be the most cruel. Listen to the way you talk to those you love. Our words can be powerful. Choose them kindly and gently.

beautiful!
Love it!!!
Amen to that…
beautiful Brian!
Truer words were never spoken and yet, sometimes the way we talk to ourselves is not always nice either…thank you for sharing these important words and your beautiful journal spread Brian =-)
Brian, your spreads are so fantastic! So many layers, so much to see.
Mmmmmm. Such beautiful pages. You’re so right about words and loved ones. We take each other for granted and sometimes aren’t very careful with our precious loved ones.
This is a good message for anyone. Now if they just listen to, or read your message. Thankfully, I don’t have anyone who can hurt me that much, since Bleubeard only meows!
Thanks for your visit today. How sweet of you to warn me. However, that was not a journal page, but a mixed media wall hanging that was sealed. I’ve never had a problem with ANY of my dried flowers or leaves, since I first seal them with gel medium on both sides, then add them to the piece. If it’s a wall hanging, I also apply a protective spray over the top of the finished piece. Have a SUPER weekend, and again, thanks for the warning. I’m sure it will help some of my readers.
Such a wonderful spread and wise words… thanks for the reminder, I will speak extra nice words to my loved ones this weekend.
