The summer inspires me, the heat, the sun. I love to art journal in my back yard, out in the sun, music up loud(sorry neighbors) working in a couple of journals at a time. It energizes me, being out amongst the jungle of my backyard. Exotic plants, bright colors, vines, green, water, a flurry of activity.
What inspires you? Where do you like to work on your art?
Gorgeous, what else one needs, really?
These journal pages inspire me, their summery energy, beauty, and action…they are radiating light and joy.
And your backyard is a place wherein I’d like to journal too (:
..that description of yours is just too enticing…too tempting…too teasing..
I’m extremely inspired by summer too, it’s so lovely to create outside. Love this spread, and the photo of you in it. 🙂 I’ve moved things around on my blog, please change the url to just http://www.ihanna.nu in your blogroll! Thanks!
Great journal spread Brian!! I wish I had a fabulous backyard to work in but my small table at home works just fine and I have a view of the tv for visual breaks =-)
I love working in my bedroom. I have papers and stickers and paint all over my desk, bed and floor. In the summer I leave my window open and I get to listen to the birds and the rest of the neighborhood noises. I love the butterfly and thumb print on your page!
Beautiful spread, Brian!! Hope to see you soon, trying to get up to Huntington Beach for an impromptu journaling adventure!
