Last weekend I had the pleasure of attending Teesha & Tracy Moore’s Journalfest 2011. It was held at Fort Worden in Port Townsend, Washington, such a beautiful setting. I took classes from Traci Bunkers and from Juliana Coles on Thursday and Friday and Saturday I taught my “Layers of Life” class. I had the most wonderful amazing group of 15 students! They were all so eager willing to learn. I always love that each student does the same techniques but each of their work is personal and so different and unique. Teaching them was pure joy for me. I loved it. Believe me, I was not perfect yet I felt as if a whole new world had opened for me. It was so exhilarating. I had the most wonderful smile on my face the entire time.
Journalfest was such a wonderful experience of humanity, caring and love. Thank you Teesha & Tracy! They worked very, very hard on it and we all had such an amazing time. All together the experience truly made for a life changing event for me. I owe a very special thank you to another person that has helped challenge and push me help me find who I am, Orly Avineri. For me what really makes Teesha and Tracy’s events so wonderful is that I always meet and make such wonderful creative friendships.
Oh how I adore you Brian Kasstle! You are HILARIOUS!!! It was such a great class and I’m so happy I was in it! Take care!
